As the Tech Lead for all Mattel projects and a specialist in dynamic content, I was in charge of the development of one of Monster High’s major campaigns – the global YouTube expandable masthead featuring YouTube influencers as several of the Monster High characters. The masthead needed to include a number of video players, a menu of characters, bios and pages for the influencers AND it needed to be adaptable to other global markets for the big release of their Monster High music video. On the first day the masthead was live we saw the video reach over 1 million views. To date the video has racked up over 16 million YouTube views.
