ABOUT THE ART

1114 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York

Developed in 1971 by Benjamin Swig and long-time partner Jack Weiler, The Grace Building is one of Midtown Manhattan’s premier Class-A office buildings, with 1.5 million square feet of rentable office space. The Grace Building is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan at Avenue of the Americas and 42nd Street. The building’s distinctive curved tower walls are set back from the street, providing an attractive and accessible space. Oversized windows provide 49 floors of extraordinary views of the Manhattan skyline, the Hudson River, and Bryant Park.
